Diptyque Store

I had the privilege of designing the store and its iconic furniture for Diptyque, the pioneering Parfumerie Maison renowned for its contemporary, artistic approach to luxury. Building on the special relationship between Liberty and Diptyque, fabric and wallpaper motifs were central to the design.

 

The space features beautifully crafted bespoke showcases on cabriole legs to display the Diptyque range to perfect effect. We developed multiple design platforms throughout the store, including wonderful clustered island tables and a bespoke chandelier made from 52 sandblasted mini Diptyque candle holders, all set beneath a stunning distressed copper pressed tin ceiling. An 'objet d'art' wall, featuring lovingly restyled retro furniture, a distressed hand-painted mirror, and an acid-washed Diptyque copper logo set into the classic Liberty 'fan' fabric reprinted as wallpaper, stands as an artistic tribute to the brand. My design captures Diptyque's sixty-year legacy of joyful creativity, intertwining fragrance and art to create a space that embodies the enchanting and eclectic spirit of the brand.
